Nicolas Kemper

Nicolas Kemper was admitted as a lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) the bar in October 1986 after studying in Münster and Munich, Germany.
He is also licensed as an auditor (Wirtschaftsprüfer) and tax consultant (Steuerberater). He specialises in the development and planning of structural improvements under tax and corporate law.
He advises medium-sized and owner-managed companies on legal, financial and tax law as well as on transformations and restructurings.
He is a member of several advisory boards and supervisory boards and has authored many tax and accounting law publications.
Mr. Kemper advises in German and English.
