Dr. Franz-Stephan von Gronau

Dr Franz-Stephan von Gronau has been working as a lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) since September 1990. Before studying in Passau and Munich, he completed an apprenticeship as a banker.
He is also licensed as an auditor (Wirtschaftsprüfer) and tax consultant (Steuerberater). He primarily advises medium-sized companies and their shareholders on tax and civil law issues.
The long-term development of companies, considering the individuality of the people involved, is close to his heart. Sensible structuring as well as company acquisitions are just as much a part of his consulting activities.
