Tobias Schwartz

Tobias Schwartz was admitted to the bar in July 2002, having previously trained as a banker.

As a specialist lawyer for employment law and specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law, he is available to his clients, mainly medium-sized companies, as an advisor by drafting contracts, assisting with contract negotiations and representing them in court.
His employment law expertise is also regularly in demand on compliance issues (e.g. termination options, liability claims).
