Area of application
Scope of application – Complaint procedure under the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act
This complaints portal from W&R Weigell Rechtsanwälte enables you to report complaints in connection with human rights and/or environmental due diligence obligations. This includes the due diligence violations covered by the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).
The LkSG has been in force since 1 January 2023. It is intended to ensure transparency and sustainable, fair working conditions by allowing large companies to take responsibility for human rights and the environment not only in their own business but also in their supply chain – i.e., also outside of Germany. Part of this responsibility is a complaints system in which the company's own employees and employees of suppliers can report violations of the requirements of the LkSG, e.g., in the case of unsafe working conditions.
Procedural Rules
Further information on the procedure for the complaint procedure can be found in the respective rules of procedure of the company/organization/institution.
How do you use
the online complaints procedure?
The online complaint procedure guides you step by step through the reporting process. After submitting the report, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt. In case we have any questions, please provide us with a contact option. If you want to remain completely anonymous, contact us with an alias email address.
We protect you!
The submitted report will only be reviewed by experienced lawyers (lawyers of confidence). The lawyer of confidence will inform the authorized contact person of the company/organization/institution about the content of the reports, insofar as they are relevant to the LkSG. We will only pass on your identity if you have expressly consented.
